After you successfully place your order and pay, we will prepare, pack, and ship the wallet within 5-7 business days. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as product out-of-stock or errors in order information requiring verification, we will promptly notify you via email ([email protected]) and provide an estimated delivery time.
1.2 Shipping Time
Once shipped from our warehouse, shipping time to EU member states is 20-40 calendar days. Shipping time may be affected by the destination country's location, local logistics efficiency, customs clearance speed, and force majeure factors such as weather and holidays. Therefore, this time is only an estimate and actual delivery time may vary.
After shipping, we will provide you with the tracking number and tracking information via email so you can track the shipment status of your product in real time.
2. Shipping Liability

Before shipping, we will conduct a thorough inspection of the product to ensure that the wallet and packaging are intact. Once the product is shipped and handed over to the logistics company for transportation, the responsibility for its safekeeping during transportation transfers to the logistics company.
2.2 Handling Problems During Transportation
If the product is damaged, lost, or misdelivered during transportation, you must contact our customer service team via email ([email protected]) upon receipt of the product or within 48 hours of discovering the problem, and provide relevant evidence (such as photos of the damaged product, screenshots of the shipping records, etc.). We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics company and, depending on the circumstances, provide you with a replacement product, a refund, or other reasonable solution.
We are not responsible for delayed delivery or return of products due to reasons such as an incorrect or incomplete delivery address you provided, or lack of a signature for the delivery. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred. If the product is ultimately undeliverable and cannot be returned, we will negotiate with you based on the actual circumstances.
3. Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise specified or in conjunction with a promotional offer, shipping costs are not included in the product price, and free shipping is not provided.
